The house which was built in 1898 is completely unspoiled. With all original fireplaces and woodwork intact it radiates real character. All our rooms are en-suite and guests can enjoy a hearty breakfast in our conservatory overlooking the rear garden. We have a beautiful lounge for guests to relax in at any time decorated with leather couches and club seats. The entire house is furnished and decorated to a very high standard and is completely non smoking.
All rooms have 40 Inch Sony televisions.

We have safe and private parking and are only a few minutes walk from Dumfries town centre , excellent restaurants and all local amenities.
